Make a parrot booking

Please give as much information as possible to make your parrot's holiday a happy one.

PAYMENT

We require deposits to be made via online transfer (BACs). Final payment may be made via either BACs seven days before your parrot's arrival or in cash upon arrival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. PARROT HOTEL WILL STRIVE TO CARE FOR YOUR BIRD IN ACCORDANCE TO THE DETAILS STATED ABOVE AND IN RESPECT OF ANY AGREEMENTS MADE DURING YOUR BOOKING.

2. PARROT HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE BIRD BECOMING ILL DURING THE STAY OR ANY DISEASES ACCRUED DURING THE STAY.

THE OWNER MUST ACCEPT THAT ACCIDENT, INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, THEFT, PUBLIC LIABILITY AND ALL OTHER INSURANCES FOR THE BIRD OWNER AND THEIR BIRD WHILST BOARDING WITH US, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIRD OWNER.

PARROT HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY SUCH LIABILITY.

3. THE OWNER ACCEPTS THAT THEIR BIRD/S ARE LEFT AT THEIR OWN RISK.

4. A NON REFUNDABLE 25% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. WITHOUT THE DEPOSIT, YOUR BOOKING IS NOT VALID.

5. ALL FEES MUST BE SETTLED PRIOR OR NO LATER THEN ON THE CHECK IN DATE. 

    NO BIRDS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT.

6. THE OWNERS MUST INFORM US BY E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE IF THEY NO LONGER REQUIRE THE BOOKING.

7. IF YOUR BIRD IS ALREADY BOARDING WITH US, AND YOU WISH TO COLLECT YOUR BIRD EARLIER THEN THE DATE ORIGINALLY PROVIDED, YOU ARE STILL LIABLE FOR THE FULL BOARDING COSTS.

8. IF YOU WISH TO EXTEND YOUR BIRD'S STAY AND WE CAN ACCOMODATE THE EXTRA PERIOD, YOU WILL NEED TO NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND SETTLE THE ADDITIONAL COSTS PRIOR TO COLLECTING YOUR BIRD.

9. IF YOU FAIL TO COLLECT YOUR BIRD WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE CHECK OUT DATE, AND PARROT HOTEL IS UNABLE TO CONTAC YOU OR YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT, YOU GIVE YOUR CONSENT FOR PARROT HOTEL TO REHOME YOUR BIRD.

BY SIGNING YOUR BOOKING FORM YOU AGREE TO PAY ALL COSTS INCURRED DURING THIS PERIOD AND WHATEVER ACTION IS DEEMED NECESSARY TO RECOVER THESE COSTS.

10. PARROT HOTEL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ACCEPT YOUR BIRD IF WE FEEL THEY ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF DISEASE, OR ILLNESS, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL REMAIN NON REFUNDABLE.

11. UPON ARRIVAL, A BRIEF HEALTH CHECK WILL BE TAKEN OF YOUR BIRD, THIS IS TO ENSUREGOOD HEALTH OF ALL GUESTS.

12. IF YOUR BIRD BECOMES ILL DURING THEIR STAY, PARROT HOTEL WILL ENDEAVOUR TO CONTACT YOU OR YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT AS STATED IN THE BOOKING FORM.

IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU, WE WILL OBTAIN VETERINARY TREATEMENT FOR YOUR BIRD, USING OUR AVIAN VET AND PROCEED IN YOUR BIRD'S BEST INTEREST.

 

ANY TREATMENT REQUIRED WILL BE PAYABLE BY YOU.
